"Just a quick note of appreciation for you and your teams' accomplishments during the blackout. You did a fine job of balancing our needs as your customer with your building and facilities emergency requirements. Sure we had some stress and not a lot of sleep along the way because it is never easy to recover R&D equipment in stages. But, all LOB's managed to get our critical businesses back up and running as fast as possible and minimize the impact to Nortel customer deliverables. It was one helluva hectic 10 days and working together we completed a very smooth recovery for all.
