TSSA Regulation 213 and Diesel Generator Sets
TSSA Reg. 213/01 holds that all fue oil (diesel and furnace) systems and appliances are compliant to the requirements of CSA standard; B139. TSSA also requires a copy of the Comprehensive Inspection Report for fuel tanks and appliances to be kept on file by the fuel distributor, supplied by an Oil Burning Technician (OBT) and/or Petroleum Mechanic (PM), for future TSSA assessments.
There are several key points of the Comprehensive Inspection Report for fuel appliances that detail the fuel compliance and that the systeme are installed properly and function in their designed capacity.
