The TSSA has begun enforcing the Technical Standards and Safety Act 213/01 in Ontario. At this time, fuel delivery is to be REJECTED by the supplier if a fuel tank installation has not been inspected and certified by a recognized contractor. The inspection remains valid for 10 years and a copy of the certificate needs to be presented to any alternate fuel supplier before fuelling.  Also, it is very important to keep a copy of the inspection certificate onsite in case of a change in fuel supplier.
