GAL Power Systems has developed a unique way to give back to companies who have provided GAL with their business and support, by hosting complimentary barbeque lunches. What makes this event so special is how the barbeque is delivered; with a converted 1951 Chevrolet Maple Leaf fire truck and barbeque installed in the cab of the truck, this lunch has been designed to be a portable occasion. It has traveled to sites across Ottawa including places such as Nortel in Kanata , SNC Lavalin Profac in Westboro, and Carefor near St. Laurent .     

GAL also provides the truck for special events such as golf tournaments like BOMA Golf Tournament at Heritage golf course in Montebello and SNC Lavalin Profac Golf Tournament at Greyhawk golf course in Cumberland .

The truck also travels to the GAL offices in Montreal and Toronto.
